Bacalhau Com Natas A Madrinha

Coze-se o bacalhau previamente desfiado ( eu uso o bacalhau ja desfiado a venda nos supermercados em covetes – 1 covete) , ate levantar fervura, e descasca-se 3 cebolas as rodelas fininhas e picam-se 2 dentes de alho e refogam-se em azeite, devem alourar, mexendo sempre. Depois junta-se o bacalhau, e as batatas cortadas aos cubos fritas(existem nos supermercados em embalagens congeladas – 1 embalagem), mexendo sempre deixando estufar um bocadinho. Continuando a mexer cobre-se com com as natas (2 pacotes), leite misturado com 1 colher de sopa de maizena e 3 gemas de ovos. Mistura-se tudo bem. Em seguida, deita-se num pirex, polvilhando com queijo ralado, levando ao forno para gratinar.
